The commonly used surface treatment processes after printing include gluing, UV, hot stamping, etc.
Double-coated paper: double-coated paper refers to double-sided coated paper. Double-sided coated paper is a kind of coated paper, which is double-sided coated, with good smoothness on both sides. This kind of material is relatively high-grade.
Pit paper: Pit paper is a piece of smooth kraft paper and wavy paper (collectively referred to as paper core), which is one of the important materials for paper packaging. Compared with ordinary paper, it is straighter and has a stronger load-bearing capacity. Commonly used are single pit, double pit, and triple pit. Printing in various colors can be achieved, but the effect is not as good as that of single copper paper. Commonly used surface treatment processes after printing: gluing, UV, hot stamping, embossing.
Specialty paper: Specialty paper is paper with a special purpose and relatively small output. There are many types of a special paper, such as embossed paper, patterned paper, gold paper, and so on. These papers are specially treated to enhance the texture of the packaging. Embossed and embossed products cannot be printed, but can only be hot stamped on the surface, while gold paper can be printed in 4 colors. It is used to make a gift box structure, and the surface is mounted with a layer of single-powder paper or special paper. The commonly used colors of this paper are black, white, gray, and yellow. There are also various grades of cardboard thickness, which can be selected according to load-bearing needs. If the single-powder is mounted, the process is the same as that of the single-powder carton. If the special paper is mounted, most of them can only be hot stamped, and some can be printed simply, but the printing effect is not good.
